Had my surgery on 1/14. I look at myself and still see the same fat. I do realize it is early, but with the pre-surgery diet and nothing but protein powder in water, now no lump/no bump soup and water. I'm afraid to buy a scale because I believe it will show the same weight and this will depress me more. I started tracking calories on my fitness pal today though, again, it's all protein drinks thus far. I am so down, everything still looks the same. I'm just afraid to verify it.
