cramps

My cramps are not that bad they could be worse. But they hurt in the beginning, what I normally use is ibuprofen like 3. Tylenol never really helped me that much. What can I take to get me through the tuff days?

Warm liquids help me, try some herbal or any de-caf tea. Also a heating pad can be helpful too. Good luck!
