I had gastric bypass on January 21,2014. The first 2 days were the worst for me but as the days go on I'm getting better. I'm still on clear liquids until I see my doctor next Wednesday. Any advise? Any suggestions?

Congrats on your WLS! Just be sure to stay hydrated, get required protein, walk and move around during this early phase. It was a full time job for me in the beginning getting my fluids and protein requirements in. They wanted me to drink an ounce of fluid every 15 minutes to meet my daily 60 grams of protein and 60 ounces of fluid daily. But each Doctor is different on the protein amounts. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
