Yoga worked for me, walking is always a good choice.......They have a lot walking DVD's at Walmart you can do in place, but will have you sweating bullets. :) I'm not pregnant but is still use the walking ones, especially since it's winter.

I'm still working out I jog and plan to continue until I can't anymore.. I'm picking up a yoga video so I can stay limber

I am 15 months out from surgery and 15 weeks pregnant with twins! I have up until this week been doing my personal training twice a week and jogging twice a week and now starting golf too. But.... I felt like I overdid it last week and freaked out I could not live with myself if I caused a problem so I am going to start to take it easy stop personal training do more walking then jogging and still golf. I am afraid of gaining and being lazy but I have to do what feels right.
