Calorie intake

Just wondered how many calories you are all eating a day. I've been counting and I'm taking in from 700 - 900 a day. Is that too much ? Just out of interest. I'm 10 months post op and have lost 108 lb so far and just want to optimise my loss. Thank you all. Xxx

I have between 1000 - 1200 per day, if I go below 850 I feel like crap and have no energy. My weight loss has been a steady 2 pounds a week for over 6 months. Everyone needs to figure out what works for their unique body. I would say that 108 pounds in 10 months is excellent! Have you hit a stall and that is why you are thinking about calorie count?

Not a stall as such but it has slowed right down to about 2 lb a week now. Thank you for your reply.
