8 weeks out....

I've lost 30 lbs!!! Im 4 lbs away from being under 300 I am so excited! I am learning everyday what is friendly and what's not. Like today I learned that peanut butter for me is a no no. The Beast was not happy. I have named my band Beast because it's a beast when I screw up.

Wow! You go! You are doing great!

Congratulations on the weight loss! I hear quite a few people complain about peanut butter - which is a bummer because I love it! I'm still on full liquids so I don't know yet what I can and cannot tolerate. I'm sure the journey will be worth the outcome! I lost 12.2 lbs my first week, of course I know that's because I only had broth and popsicles lol

Either way, I'll take it!

Peanut butter for me is a nono for a different reason. I can't stop.

I'm too scared to even try it.
