Prices in Canada

Hi everyone. I have been reading this forum and doing some research for some time now. I would like to have the lap band surgery done in Toronto or close to Toronto so that the fills will be easier for me. Can any of you give me a range of prices out there.

Thanks, Donna:help:

Hi Donna, I am getting the banded at the TLBC in Toronto. The cost is $16,000 Canadian Dollars. I have to pay an extra $500 to stay overnight at the clinic, they want to monitor my sugar (insulin dependant diabetic). All fills and follow ups are included.

didn't even realize you posted this in "Introductions"... there's a Canadian area to Lapbandtalk... come over and read away, you'll hear all about both of the clinics I mentioned.

One way (quickest) is to go to the bottom of this page, see where it says "Forum Jump" ? Click the arrow next to the box, then scroll down until you see Canada, then click on it.

Another idea is to go to the top of the page and click the LapBandTalk logo, it will take you back to the home page, you can then scroll down the page and look at all the different forums out there.

Happy surfing!

Hi Donna, not to far at all. Take your time and check around. Come in and meet with them for a consult before you decide. I was actually going to do this when I was in England last year but the timing did not work out. It took me two years to get to this point so it sounds like you are perfectly normal.
