Hello everyone I am excited about my upcoming surgery...it is T- 18 days and counting.

Hello I was sleeved on January 31, doing well, but still at times very tired. Anyone else experiencing this? What types of protein is everyone eating? I will start the soft/mushy stage this weekend.

I think you will feel a lot better once starting soft foods. It makes a big difference in energy. I also noticed a boost after starting my vitamins. I had surgery 1/30 btw.
