Pita chips

Has anyone eaten pita chips post op I'm craving them with hummus but I'm scared I'm only 2 months post op

I had the same craving. I got some but they just didn't taste the same. Haven't ate any since.

I bought something called Simply Balanced brown rice and sesame crackers that have 4 grams fat and 0 sugars in 18.. I could never even fit that many in this pouch but I do eat four with hummus or laughing cow cheese wedge... Pretty filling and tasty! ( no real seeds but powdered) I am 7 weeks out... Target sells them

Sounds good, but I don't think I'll try them. I can't eat anything with rice or rice flour, even brown rice. It gives me a serious case of gurglies. I tried Beanitos because they had protein and started gurgling right away. Ingredients list brown rice flour. I hate the gurglies. :-p
