What stage are you cleared for?

I was still on clears at that point, and have aleays had a very small fickle sleeve.

If you can, I would just focus on clears for a few days until things calm down. unjury chicken Soup may help..that or any warm basic broth helps out some people.

Are you on any sort of prilosec/omeprazole daily? I was also told not to eat or drink within 2/3 hours of bedtime.

Also, things start to rapidly improve with what you can and can not have post op. Hang in there and you'll feel better soon.

Im 11 weeks and just yesterday I felt sick because I shoveled for an hour on an empty stomach. I hadn't even taken my omeprazole yet before I had gone out. Not a smart move on my part.
