I have tried a bunch of different Vitamins and they are all just not palatable for me. I have had samples of optisourece, Celebrate and several of the Bariatric Advantage flavors and types. I just cannot tolerate any of them. I am wondering if I will be able to use Centrum chewables. are they different than the others I have tried? Are they smaller? I like the centrum flavor burst but my nutirtionist I cannot use those, she also said no gummies of any kind were acceptable.

I use a liquid vitamin from the health food store as I hate the chalky taste of chewables.

Flintstone complete for me. I have also tried the generic brand of flintstone complete and they taste the same. Usually buy one get one free.

I tried the centrum chewable's, I liked them for the flavor but I did compare them to a bariatric vitamin and the ultra mega vitamins from GNC and there is no comparison, the centrum chewable's have carbs in them, I stopped taking them and started the Ultra Mega's from GNC. They are a little pricey but work well for me !
