  7. If you can get it done without drain tube do it. The d r ain was the source of my pain for two nights and when they pulled it out I thought I was going to jump off the bed. Definitely the most painful part of the whole experience.

  9. One thing you need to understand about our diets in the beginning is it focuses on feeding our muscles with Protein and Water to prevent dehydration. Water is heavy and expelled differently with each of us and muscle weighs more than fat. Have patients as your body adjusts to all the changes you have introduced in such a short period. Stay true to your plan and your body will respond visually. Try to weigh yourself less and focus on diet and exercise plan and all will come together. Good luck
  10. Its funny how different our surgeons are, mine suggested generic flinstone complete chewable (b1g1 for $7), 500 mg b12 and chewable cal/d (caltrate)
  11. Thanks and very impressed with your progress! Big congrats! I'm feeling less restrictions with my liquids. Maybe swelling subsiding. Might give it a try tomorrow.
  12. Wow that seems really soon. The hospital sent me home with a crusher in my goodie bag. Thanks

  14. Just curious when others were allowed to go back to swollowing whole crushable meds. My surgeon didnt give a time frame and will ask next followup.

  21. I've been at this since late May of 2013. I'm being sleved on the 13th so really excited to get this show on the road. You can make changes by going into you profile. However, it is not required nor important if you choose not too.
  22. Wow i must of had the underline turned on. Sorry!
  23. Congrats Brandi7011! Looks like you have had a long wait as well. Are you getting the sleeve or lap-band. I noticed you info under your name said lap-band thats all. Not that it makes a differance either way. Good luck!
