What could this pain be?

Hi! I am about 1 month post op. I started having these sharp pulling pains in my abdomen under the incision on the right side of my belly button. They're getting so bad that it hurts to even walk. Anyone know what this could be? I called the doctor's office and of course they are taking all freaking day to call me back.

Thanks!

I had sharp pains on my right side under my ribcage at 4 weeks post op. Dr put me off work for a week because he said I had overdone it at work and pulled a muscle and was having spasms.

Hey sorry to hear that is there any puss coming out of it? Or red ? might be an infection in that incision might want to call your surgeon !

No there's no redness or anything like that. It feels more internal. It's better since I slept and rested last night. I think I might just be overdoing at work like branmuffin said happened to her. I did call the surgeon and I got the nurse but she really didn't seem to be interested and told me if it got to bad to go to the ER. Not happening.
