I'm a few days from surgery and the liquid diet was rough for me at night the first 6 days. The time went by way too slow, but I've lost 15lbs and feel awesome now. The thing that got me through were sf popsicles and mint tea.

Hi, my surgery is 1/13/14. I started my liquid diet 1/2/14, 1st day was ok, slight headache but I know it's time for a change. I am on 4 shakes, 1 bar, sf jello, low fat low salt broth and 1 cup decamp and 60 oz water. I thank god for this forum, it helps me so much. Hang in there .....
