Are you COLD?

Usually i am "the hot one" and i do not mean looks -wise!! After my surgery 12/10/13, I have been FREEZING! I am typing this w/ gloves on! My surgeon said this was normal. Anyone else? Also, after many nights of going to bed w/ flannels, a hat and gloves, six blankets ( such a gorgeous site when you add in my C-Pap), my sister told me about something that has made me soooo happy! I am now the proud owner of a heated mattress pad! OMGAWD - what a difference! Run to the store now and get one if you too are cold!

I'm usually the "hot" one, hot blooded I'll say but ever since the surgery I'm freezing. I wore jogging pants, a short sleeve shirt, a light weight jacket plus my house coat...I do have thermal socks. Still having to look for long johns, I've been "hot" maybe 3 - 4 times since I've had surgery....very odd

I am always cold since surgery, while my wife is always hot. I've spoken to a few people who have experienced the lower temperature effect post-op. Them seems to be a normal thing for wls patients. We all have to get used to having less padding and insulation on our bodies.
