Nauseous Anyone?

Does anyone feel nauseous? I swear whatever I eat makes me sick to my stomach. I'm only 5 weeks out. I tried drinking Crystal light and that made me feel sick to my stomach. I'm afraid to eat anything as I feel sick afterwards. Any suggestions?

Try to stay away from artificial sweeteners... And things with lots of fat and fake flavouring..

They definitely promote that 'ickie' feeling...

You might try some sugar free peppermints when you feel nauseous. And also be careful to chew your food at least 20 times before you swallow and wait a few minutes between bites. Slow down and don't eat too fast...I find that when I eat too fast it causes me to have issues.

I to am having nausea. I am 7 weeks out. Anything with sugar or fake sugar. Also I have had cereal and milk and I feel real bad. I am taking Zofram and Nexium but it is still happening. I hope this doesn't last forever.

I went to the doctor and they said I had a stricture, since I have had it diolated the nausea and the acid reflux is gone.

how did they dilate the stricture ? What does that entail?
