  1. Yesterday I went and got samples of Nectar. I was actually able to tolerate the Nectar. Thank God I was giving up all hope. I'm learning through the process of elimination. I actually thought it was smart to try to eat an egg and a piece of bacon. It made perfect sense to me being that it woul be all protein. I don't particularly care for bacon. However, protein is protein right? Not! After 3 bites I felt like I would throw up. Way too much grease I'm assuming. Ugh!
  2. Does anyone feel nauseous? I swear whatever I eat makes me sick to my stomach. I'm only 5 weeks out. I tried drinking Crystal light and that made me feel sick to my stomach. I'm afraid to eat anything as I feel sick afterwards. Any suggestions?
  3. Thanks! I will try the Whey Protein.
  4. Hello Everyone! I had my sleeve 11/25. As of last Sun I'm down 22 lbs. I don't have much to lose so I guess that's not too bad. I still panic that I will be the person that doesn't lose weight. The doctor told me I should lose between .5-1 lb a day. A long as I'm doing that I guess it will all come in due time. I haven't been exercising. Any suggestions for someone just starting out? Plus I'm not getting in all of my protein either. The shakes are horrible.
