my weight problem got worse because i was exercising with my hand/wrist all the time

i always lifted my right hand up and down with food in it :lol:

    Lol... I think its the commercials ..if you pay attention to how they present food to us ..its like the are targeting an addicted audience. ..especially the pizza commercials
