Full Liquid tomato bisque - feel guilty

I was approved for full liquids today which my nutritionist said could include yogurt, cottage cheese, and strained soups. I had a cup of strained tomato bisque and it was delicious. It was 200 calories, so now I am feeling guilty. I am still way low on calories and have hit my protein goals, so this is weird. Does anyone else have these weird guilty feelings? I just feel like it was a bit extravagant with too much fat and carbs.

I had broccoli cheese soup today and felt like I was having a sinful affair.

Don't feel guilty -your body needs nutrients (through foods), and especially liquids, to heal! Starving yourself is not healthy -not only will you heal slower, you could stall your weight loss.
