Yes - a lot of people experience that.

Some will find that the sweet in Protein shakes really bothers them.

The other day I ate something and had my husband take a bite to see if he thought it tasted like it was spoiled.

Can't explain why it happens, but it does.

I'm having a similar problem. Things taste different, but, worse, I have this strange thing happen that once I eat something, I never want to eat it again! It's not that I think it tastes weird or anything. I can't explain it, but I'm running out of food options!

I can't drink the shakes I did pre sleeve. I tried deli meat with mustard today (a favorite) and I can't eat the mustard now! It's kind of depressing but is already worth it.
