Porthole Sticking Out?!

Hey guys. Well its been a year since surgery and I have now reached my goal of 62kgs! Not bad from 120kgs to begin. So happy now, I had the Lapband with Kevin Dolan and highly recommend it!!! :D

My question is, I have noticed as most of my stomach fat has gone, when I lie on my back, the porthole is clearly visible its like a big lump on my stomach, I only noticed it when I was with my family at a hotel lying on a lounge by the pool when my daughter asked me what the big lump was. I was quite embarrassed as I never noticed it before.

Is this normal?!? It doesn't hurt or anything lol just thought Id ask?

A friend of mine has reached her goal weight and recently had her port replaced with a low profile port. Might be something to talk with your doctor about if you are concerned. From what she said, it was a pretty easy procedure :) Congratulations on reaching your goal!!! Wish you the best!
