When you are healing you won't really eat much of anything. I kept the ready made Premier protein chocolate drinks on hand for liquid as well as broth. For puréed Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, tomato soup, scrambled eggs. For soft canned tuna and canned chicken, hummus.

I would also like to know.

Me too. Moving onto the "Creamy" stage tomorrow. Looking forward to scrambled eggs with shredded agrees, yogurt, cottage cheese. Any suggestions would be welcomed.

I am post-op day 16.

Thank you!

Well the scrambled egg with a small amount of shredded cheese & tablespoon of cottage cheese didn't sit well. Instant pain after eating it ( not sure if I ate too fast?), a little came back up (tmi sorry). Any ideas?

Maybe too fast and/or too much. I could barely hold just the egg at that stage. Remember you don't have to finish the meal. Also some people have trouble with eggs early on. A meal might take you 20 minutes right now and that's normal.
