Oikos Greek Yogurt Dips

Have you tried them?. I am on puréed foods and have started using this in my chicken salad instead of mayo. 25 calories, 1g fat, 2g carbs, 2g protein. I like the taste and I'm trying to squeeze in protein wherever I can.

That sounds good. Is it in the yogurt case or where refrigerated dips are?

I found them in the dairy case with the other dips.

Try using plain yogurt for mayonnaise. Oikos dip has 25 calories with 1 gram of fat and 2 gr Protein (2 TBSP or 31.5 grams). Their plain yogurt has 80 calories (5.3 oz.. or 150 gr ) with 0 grams of fat and 15 grams of protein.

I am obsessed with these dips! The roasted red pepper is my favorite. I've used it instead of sour cream with black Beans and it's delicious!

The French onion is also a great dip for veggies!
