Are You Taking A Probiotic?

Just wondering if anyone's doctor had recommended taking a probiotic before/after surgery? If so, what one do you recommend?

Thanks in advance!

If you hop over to the Post Op thread, we are having a whole discussion about it. Sounds like it might not be such a bad idea.

Thanks for the head's up! Headed there now :)

I'm 3 months post op and take one a day. My surgeon told me to take it if I thought I needed it after surgery. Let me tell ya if they suggest it, it's probably a good idea. :) I wish I had started one before. Its a blessing I tell ya. I just got mine from Walmart/ Brand is Pearl I believe. Totally a life saver.
