For The 1St Time Since Surgery

I was at my daughters for thanks giving, we had supper and then there was desert.......well, I had a sliver of pumpkin pie followed by two chocolate covered stawberries....this is the first time i have indulged since my surg..aug 1st....My heart started pounding like i had way too much caffien, and then I felt nauseated...it lasted about an hour or more...no gas, no diahrrea, ......Was this dumping??

Likely a mild case, yes. Mine starts with the racing/pounding heart and nausea, if it's a bad one i'll break out in a sweat and get weak and shaky too.

Yep that's dumping. Mild case but it is the same. I've had it happen twice and can say I've lost my taste for sweets altogether. The first time on watermelon and the second time from yogurt that had too much sugar.
