Garcinia Cambogia Diet

I have been hearing about this and it is been made popular with Dr. Oz. I am wondering if anyone has seen or heard about it and do you think it would be for a person who has been sleeved. I have lost weight but I was looking towards the benefits of the fat blocking and increasing serotonin levels for energy. Just wanted to get another perspective of this idea.

I have heard good things like that. What brand do you use and where do you get it?

good to know, has it helped?

I can't really call it a "diet", but I've lost 8 lbs with Plexus Slim since 12-19. I just can't eat much....and I'm over 3 yrs out!! It's been a Godsend to me. I noticed that one of it's main ingredients is Garcinia Cambogia. It's true....wouldn't have believed anything would work, but it really does work. The desire for the food is still there, but then I can't eat much. Awesome experience, so far!
