I went back to school to finish my degree a few months ago, and got into a pretty bad habit. I'm running out of time to change that before surgery, and I don't want to take a break from school. 36 is creeping up on me, and if i don't finish now, I never will.
It's hard enough to stay awake when I get home from work, but adding in classes (some of which I don't care about, they're just requirements to fill) has been TOUGH. The best way I've found to get through the studying and assignments is with food. When I start drifting, I snack.
It's midterm week, and I'm down to my last few hours before everything is due. Know what I've eaten so far? Everything. I have eaten all of the things.
Anyone have any non-food study focus tips that I could try?
