Help!

Hey everyone. I havent posted on here in a while but I need some advice. I am 4 months post op and I noticed that I am losing a ton of hair everyday. I take biotin and a multivitamin everyday but it doesn't seem to be helping. My hair has gotten much thinner and it's very upsetting. I spoke to my nut and she said to make sure I am getting atleast 80grams of protein a day. I don't think I am getting that much. So here are my questions........any one else on the site experience hair loss? Was there anything you did that helped not lose as much hair? My nut suggested I incorporate at least one protein shake a day. The one I used to drink body fortress I just can't get down anymore. Can anyone recommend a protein powder that tastes good?? I appreciate any help or advice you guys can give!!!

Does losing weight change a person's hormones? I have always associated hair loss with hormone changes. When I would go on and off the pill I would start losing hair. Have you done anything like that recently?

i like the Isopure ready to drink 160 calories and 40 grams of Protein, that is my go to if I cant eat enough protein, I also like the Quest bars and pure Protein drinks as well.
