I found it got better after the 4th day. I just keep thinking of the future, so I have not cheated. Today is day 12 of liquid diet, and I have dropped 18 lbs.

Surgery is on Monday morning.

Peein' out the pounds! Should be a song title.

My doctor is not having me do a liquid diet but I would love to lose 10lbs before surgery. What do I need to do?

Completing the regiment the doctor required with the opifast shake will help me lost 10 lbs. before my surgery. If I don't lost 10 lbs. my surgery will be rescheduled. I drink five shakes a day, I can have sugar-free jello, crystal light and I have to drink two quarts or more of water each day. I was also told if I still feel hungry I can have two ounces of chicken broth with low sodium but only once a day : (. I started the liquid diet on 11/22/13 (yesterday) it has not been that bad!

im on day 4, everything had to be bought from their store. I enjoy the variety but i feel insane for eating some of this (powdered eggs, wtf?!?) much easier when you stay busy and dont think about all the delicious things you could be eating. Super proud of myself for not cheating!!!
