Wth! Am I Doing!

IM off track! I can't seem to get out this funk! Is this normal or do I need a kick in the butt? I think I need a kick but I'm just off track. I'm not losing weight at all! I'm stuck at 199 which is a 5 pound gain from surgery. I do not have fluid in my band yet but I'm 1 month post op. What are some of you eating to burn. I'm not a breakfast person. I'm not a fan of sweet breakfast like oatmeal so what do I eat? Help! Someone grab me and slap me back to reality. I'm out of control!

Agreed, it takes sometimes several fills and adjustments until you get to that point where you are feeling satisfied with what your consuming. You’re doing it right though, keep track and yeah for a bit it feels like dieting but soon you will see it becomes a life style and becomes who you are.

I'm fairly close to the green zone, but not there just yet...but what I eat, when and how has changed so much and today I don't even think about it much it's just second nature to make the right choices for me and my band.

Good luck on your apt today, it's an odd feeling getting a fill but it becomes old hat after a while :)
