I'm submitting to insurance Monday or tuesday. .how long did it take to get an approval ? I start my pre op diet on the 4th and hoping for surgery on the 18th. Nervous I will be waiting forever!

I have Humana and they do not require any weight loss supervision. My surgery date is 12/5/13 and I am doing the gastric sleeve. I start my opifast in Thursday, November 21,2012. All smiles ready for my new life style.
