How soon after surgery has anyone tried Yoga? 6 weeks after my surgery I am going to a resort that has lost of yoga classes...will I be able to participate?

This is a question to ask your surgeon.

Some docs' require no exercising -at all- for 2 weeks, some 3 weeks. Some say to take it slow and let your body tell you what you CAN and CANNOT do from the get-go.

6 weeks post-surgery should be free and clear form any requirements... but play it safe & check with your doc!
