I do 2 and 1/2 mikes on the elliptical and. 30 minutes weight training now. It seems no matter what I do except starving myself works. I'm just afraid because my appetite is increasing and I don't want to go back down the road of gaining weight.

Plateaus happen. They love to mess with our head. Keep working the plan and it will start to come off again. Great work on the loss so far.

I'm currently in the throes of an awful plateau so I know how you feel. It's so easy to get mad at myself and the scale, and to deprive myself further and further just to see the numbers move down. But there's something to what sofia said, sometimes you need to relax a little, let your body adjust, and maintain for a little while before pushing yourself again. I know it's frustrating, but you've come so far already. You will definitely keep losing if you don't get discouraged and stay good to yourself. Maybe mixing up the exercise and cutting down on carbs will help. That has been helping me up until this point :D
