Eating More At 5 Months Post Op

Am 5 months post op and I've noticed just this week that I am able to eat more than I ever have

For example

Before i would eat just half of a deli flat with turkey on it now I can eat both pieces of deli flat

I'm also able to eat more oz of protein like chicken in a sitting than the 2 oz my nutritionist said to eat

Also when it comes to eating chips and nuts I feel like I don't get full and cld eat a lot of it

Is this normal

I liked the feeling before where I couldn't eat anymore or would feel sick after eating just a little bit

I am only 4 months out but remember being told farther out to eat until you are comfortable not full. If you were used to 4 oz try to stick with that. Also farther out things will change. If it scares you Google the 5 day pouch test that will shrink you back down again if you feel concerned. It tests your Sleeve also can help break a stall.
