Have you heard of others that have had this happen to them? Just trying to learn all I can here. I was saying that I didn't like cottage cheese and somebody told me to try it after the surgery so that's why I was wondering.

Yes, it happened to me. I could take or leave cottage cheese or yogurt before my surgery. Now if I don't have my cottage cheese and 1 or 2 four-ounce containers of Greek yogurt every day, I can't get through my day. I am nearly 6 months post op.

I've hated Peanut Butter my entire life...and now I have to be careful to stay away from the PB & Co in my cabinet. That white chocolate wonderful really IS wonderful.

But what's awesome is one portion goes a loooong way and it's nice to have a "treat" that has a little Protein, too.
