Seminar on thursday ????

Hey everyone, my seminar is on Thursday and I am so excited yet nervous because I really don't know what to expect... Can anyone share what their seminars were like??? Thanks a bunch!

    Congrats on taking the first step...if you have done any research at all than you probably know everything you will go over lol ive been to a couple and they basically explain the types of surgery's they do RNY sleeve, band...the pros and cons, risk and touch on how your lifestyle after will be. Good luck!

    Omg it was great! So informative and they were extremely friendly and understanding... First time I've ever felt somewhat comfortable in a big room! The surgeon and dietitians were so great and very supportive! Just what I needed! I'm calling to schedule my appt with her in a lil while! Thanks so much hun, I hope all is well with you!
