Sept 2013 - Weight loss stalling

Hi my name is Jessica, I had my surgery on sept 4th. The weight loss has never been a problem up until now. I've even incorporated the gym lightly and so far I've been stuck at a weight for about a week and a half. I've lost 37lbs total so far but why the stall so soon? It makes me discouraged because I feel like I'm doing everything right but without the weight loss it makes me question myself. I know it's normal for the weight loss to slow down, but this is not slowing down, it came to a stop! Is this normal...? Or should I be calling my doctor? Please help!!
