I already have thin hair and recently started taking 5,000mcg of biotin each day to minimize hair loss. However, I'm experiencing heart palpitations. Has anyone else had this experience? If so, did decreasing the dose help or did you have to stop taking it?

I've been taking two daily since last April and haven't had an issue and I have a heart problem. I have irregular heart beats but it is all due to #1. Too much caffine and the #2 age. They actually call them PVC's my heart beats a couple of times and then stops. Anyway, biotin hasn't created any more problem for me than what already had. You might ask your doctor.
