Before & after 3 months post-op

I just wanted to share with you guys a picture before & after 3 month post-op. I still have a long way to go. But I want to say for the up coming surgery & post-op. It's the best move you can make. There are some ups & downs but think about the reason you are doing it for. I'm doing it my kids & my health.

Great job! I am 4 Months post op SD 6/5 it is kinda hard idk if you have dumped or not but I have plenty stubborn eating but what a blessing it has been to feel lighter and good overall ! Sending you lots of love and support =)

No not yet. Pasta makes me sick so I stay away from pasta bread and rice. I've been eating pumpkin seeds now and I was doing protein shakes but my doctor told me to stop it. So I'm trying. It's hard.
