Pre and Post Workout shake

Random question. Do you count your pre and post workout shakes or bars as a meal or no? My surgeon has me doing 3 meals, no snacks, 60-80g of protein a day, and 90 oz of fluids. I do workout quite a bit weight lifting, and running, etc. I'm burning on average over 3000 calories a day and consuming 400-600 calories. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you measured? Are your cloths fitting better/looser? Sometimes when you work out hard the scale doesn't move because muscle is more dense than fat for weights more but takes up less room

Count them and make sure you are using them, especially after working out.
