October 29th I was officially 1 year post op. I'm curious though if anyone else has experienced being on a crazy emotional roller coaster? I talked to a friend I met bc we had surgery same day and she said she's felt the same way. Like you can feel a meltdown coming on and there is nothing you can do about it. It's awful!

My one year was 10/31. I don't feel the way you are describing. Maybe because I'm not to goal yet? Maybe you are struggling with letting go of this monumental project, and deciding what to focus on from here? I could see myself feeling that way eventually…
