I too have BCBS insurance and it took me almost 6 months to get approved, but I stuck with it and it payed off.

I had approval in 3 weeks with BCBS but that was after fighting with another insurance company for almost a year.

Welcome Greg.

Hi Greg! Congratulations on getting banded! Best of luck to you on your weight loss journey! Gigi

Greg....I'm at the other end of TX....I started at 350 and have lost 120 lbs in less than a year. The band won't do it by itself, tho...make sure you do your research about bandster eating.....follow the rules and you can't help but lose.

Good luck!

Congrartulations on your being banded and I know you will reach your goal. BElieve!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
