I had mine on the 31st and I'm recovering well. I'm so excited that I made the decision to do this. I just wish I hadn't waited (weighted) so long.

Good luck and keep us posted w pics.

Linda. What are you using for the all liquids.

I'm using warm chicken broth, Gatorade, Water, and clear juices - mostly apple juice

Good luck. I'm telling you now, it ain't easy! My surgery is tomorrow and I've been on clear liquids since Thursday. My head hurts, my tummy is growling and all I want are some French fries. Ok seriously, I'm obsessing about fries. This is my 3rd post in 10 min about some darn fries. I'm starving!!!! But what helps is thinking about being slim and sexy and healthy! And all the cute clothes I'm gonna buy. Best wishes to you! Hang in there, it will all be worth it.

See i have to drink shakes for 2 weeks then im on a full liquid diet after surgery my doc doesnt do clear liquids anymore.

I am on full liquids for 2 weeks( with clear liquids the last 2 days). I seriously don't know how I am going to get thru this. I had a premier protein shake( pre-mixed, bought a case at Costco for 24.99) at 8am. I'm drinking my one allowed iced coffee. I'm going to have soup for lunch and dinner and have to fit another protein shake in there at some point. I'm also diabetic on an insulin pump so I am always HANGRY= hungry & angry!! My endo was no freaking help either. Told me to reduce my insulin on the pump by 20%. I still think that is too much, but we shall see.
