Im starting the pre-op diet on friday and was wondering if anyone has done the 4 plus 1 hmr diet. Im in michigan going through beaumont. Also i was wondering how much everyone lost there first week and how long were you in hospital

I have to drink 4 shakes a day and can only have dinner as a meal for my preop which i start friday

See i have to drink shakes for 2 weeks then im on a full liquid diet after surgery my doc doesnt do clear liquids anymore.

Hello! Hope everyone is doing great. I am getting my surgery on November 22 and im starting my pre-op diet on November 8th. I am drinking the bariatric advantage shakes.. i have lost 10lbs from October 23 to October 29. Im so nervous for my surgery. Im scared im not going to do the liquid diet correctly. I am 343lbs and 22 years old. Helppp
