I'd go with the Dr. scale reading. There is no way to know for sure, because there is variation from one to the other in most home scales. The important thing is that you use the same one over time. I

I'm mildly stressed about this. My old scale died and I had to replace it. I haven't weighed myself in about 3 weeks.
I bought a new scale and it has me 4lbs heavier than my old scale and 1 lb lighter than my doctors scale.
Did I gain, or was my old dying scale unreliable?
