When can you start using fitness equipment...treadmill? I am 2 weeks post op and it's getting colder outside.

Depends on what your surgeon told you. I could only walk (regular or treadmill) for the first four weeks, and then I was cleared for all exercise, but you need to do what your doctor says since we are all different.

6 weeks for me

Four weeks before "engaging my core" per my doc.

No problems with walking. Rule of thumb from the doctor, if it hurts don't do it yet! Good luck

Usually it's 4 weeks because they don't want you to fall off the treadmill :)
