Started Couch to 5K today!

Anyone else want to join me? It's a free app which gets you running a 5K in 9 weeks. You train every other day. I ran for the first time in months today and my ankle didn't hurt! Yay!

    Good luck with your running! I finished the program in September and am running 5 miles straight now and training for a half marathon.
