Always hungry

I'm 7 months post op and I'm always hungry. I still don't take in more than 1500 calories a day because of the food a choose to eat and I work out every other day. Cardio is a must. I'm always in a calorie deficit. But why am I always hungry??

  • You might have answered your own question. The more you work out... The more your body will require fuel. You look like you're making healthy choices. Keep up the good work

Hunger tends to increase for a lot of sleevers around the sixth to seventh month mark.

Just stay on a healthy eating plan, you might need to eat a bit more being a man and working out a lot.

Lol I get it :P

You could always sprinkle Protein powder on it :D

Try taking 2 pepcids per day. I was always hungry also but it was from the stomach acid build up. After 1week of taking 2 pepcids hungry feeling went away. Just a suggestion to try.
