3 month pre-op diet and bit scared

Had my first group nutrition meeting. I'm feeling both excited and fearful of failure. I started my diet today with THE naaaaaaaaastiest protein drink ever, I'm sure. BUT, it had 20 grams of protein and for the first time in months, I'm not experiencing my nightly hunger cycle. Just gotta get over this fear of not losing b4 surgery .

I have been scanning through the various posts like crazy as I have been contemplating WLS. I am so grateful to everyone for sharing their personal info. I have my 1st appt w/ my Bari-nutritionist next week & I'm very interested to find out more info.

Many people have posted about "Unjury" protein powder. Is this product purchased @ GNC/various stores or on-line?

Many people have stated that Green Tea has been good. I love green tea iced! Again, thank you for sharing.

I believe that injury is only sold online. They do have a sample pack you can order. I personally didn't care for it at all but many like it. My absolute favorite is Optimum Nutrition. I order it online from amazon but you can get it at GNC. I pay $54 for a 5 lb tub. They have many flavors, I just ordered chocolate coconut. Can't wait to try it. It has no protein taste whatsoever!
