4 weeks post op!

I am 4 weeks out and I can't tell a big difference in my clothes and face. The reality to me is I know everyone is different. I haven't weigh in since 1 week post op and I lost 16 pounds. I don't want to weigh again until I see my nutritionist on 11/20/13. I want to see a huge difference but I know it still takes time.

Good for you! I only weighed at the doctor's office because I refuse to buy a scale (if there was one in my house I would be on it 10 times a day!). So for me it was nice to not have to sweat every pound every day.

Now at 5 months, I don't go to the dr so often, so now I weigh at the gym. But just once a week. Trying to break that 200 lb mark (2 more pounds!).

Good luck on your journey. It's going to be amazing!
